TAIT created both scenic and automation elements for the I’m With You tour, with the aim of bridging the gap between the band and the audience. The double-sided concertina panels housed both V-9 LED panels and ACLs for either IMAG or powerful lighting effects. In addition to the vertical motion, the concertina panels could also rotate 360°.

We designed and built a ‘chandelier’ from eight large panels arranged in an octagon over the center of the stage. Each panel could elongate and collapse, like a Venetian blind, for a solid, semi-solid, or completely open effect.
